EDUARDO SATTAMINI – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Chief Executive Officer at ENGIE Brasil Energia since July 2016. Mr. Sattamini worked as Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer from 2010 to 2016, also working as Chief Financial Officer of ENGIE Brasil until January 2017. He worked in the Business Development division of GDF SUEZ Energy Brasil since June 2002. He held the positions of Chief Financial Officer at Energia Sustentável do Brasil (ESBR), Officer at Tractebel Gás Engineering GmbH and Oil and Gas Officer at Leme Engenharia Ltda, Superintendent Director of Metalnave S.A. and Chief Financial Officer of Indústrias Verolme-Ishibras S.A. Economist graduated from PUC-RJ where he obtained his MBA in Finance. He holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of London (LBS) where he took the Sloan Fellowship Master Programme.
EDUARDO TAKAMORI – MANAGER OF MARKET AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS
Mr. Takamori joined ENGIE Brasil Energia nearly 20 years ago, initially in the Operations division where he had the opportunity of actually working at several of ENGIE’s plants in Brazil. He also worked for four years in the economic-financial evaluation of the group’s new businesses. Since 2018, he has been responsible for handling regulatory initiatives in the energy generation and transmission segments, as well as preparing long-term studies and contributing to the development of the Brazilian market framework. He graduated in Electrical Engineering in Florianópolis. During his career, he obtained postgraduate qualifications in Electrical Energy Systems and in Business Management.
GABRIEL MANN – CHIEF COMMERCIALIZATION OFFICER
Chief Commercialization Officer at ENGIE Brasil since August 2018. He joined the Company, at that time under Gerasul, where he worked in the Business Development department, focusing on new power generation projects including renewable sources. In 2009, he managed the Energy Marketing and Sales department of ENGIE Brasil Energia, being responsible for energy sales and purchases, customer care and client relationship. He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UFSC and in Business Administration from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (Udesc). He has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Thermal Sciences) from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) and an MBA in Business Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral in association with Kellogg School of Management, USA.
GUILHERME FERRARI – CHIEF OFFICER FOR NEW BUSINESSES, STRATEGY AND INNOVATION
Chief Officer for New Businesses, Strategy and Innovation since August 2019. He joined the Company in 2007 as Business Development Consultant, reaching the position of New Businesses Development Manager at ENGIE Brasil Energia. During his career and prior to joining ENGIE, he worked in various departments, holding the position of Financial Manager and in a consultancy role for the ceramics segment. He holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) and in Business Administration from Escola Superior de Administração e Gerência (ESAG)/Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (Udesc), an MBA in Finance from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (Ibmec) and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC).
LUCIANA NABARRETE – CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Chief Administrative Officer at ENGIE Brasil Energia since November 2020. She joined the Company in 2005 as IT Infrastructure Coordinator and, in 2018, became Information Technology and Digitization Manager, and has had a solid experience at ENGIE. Luciana has a degree in Data Processing from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (Mackenzie/SP), an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC).
MARCELO MALTA – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Chief Financial Officer at ENGIE Brasil Energia since August 2019. He joined the Company in 2005 as Accounting Manager, having also been responsible for the Financial Planning and Control division. He also holds the position of Financial Administrative Officer for ENGIE’s controlled companies and President of the Governing Board of PREVIG – Sociedade de Previdência Complementar. Prior to ENGIE, he worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited for 16 years, reaching the position of Audit Director. He holds a graduate degree in Accounting Sciences from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and MBA Business Management from Ibmec.
MARCOS KELLER – CHIEF REGULATION AND MARKET OFFICER
Chief Regulation and Market Officer at ENGIE Brasil Energia since October 2019. He began his career in the National Electric System Operator (ONS), having assumed in 2005 his first challenge at ENGIE Brasil Energia in the Commercial Planning department. In 2011, he took over the Regulation and Market department, a position he held up to 2017 and in 2018 he became Manager of Trading. Electrical Engineer, with a graduate degree and Master qualification from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC). He holds MBAs in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and FDC.
OVIDIO QUINTANA – DIRECTOR OF COMMERCIAL AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS AT TRANSPORTADORA ASSOCIADA DE GÁS - TAG
Mr. Quintana joined ENGIE in 2014. Currently, he is in charge of the Commercial and Regulatory Affairs division at Transportadora Associada de GAS - TAG. He was previously Senior Business Development Manager in charge of Gas Infrastructures at Engie Brasil Participações (EBP). He participated in the business development team dedicated to TAG acquisition process (consortium formed by ENGIE/CDPQ), leading market studies and regulatory assessment. He held the position of Contract Manager and Deputy Construction Director at GNLS Uruguay from 2014 to 2015, SPE formed by GDF Suez and Marubeni. During his 25 years’ career in the energy market in Brazil and abroad, he also worked also in the electrical sector as Project Manager and Erection Commissioning Manager at AREVA and ALSTOM for 7 years, with focus on North Africa and Middle East markets. Mr. Quintana graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP). He has a postgraduate qualification in Foreign Trade and International Affairs from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-RS) and certification in the Regulation of Gas Markets at the Florence School of Regulation (FSR).
RAFAEL BÓSIO – INVESTOR RELATIONS MANAGER
Mr. Bósio has over 20 years of experience in investor relations for listed companies in Brazil. He joined ENGIE Brasil Energia in 2006 as an IR analyst to participate in the structuring of the department, where he held senior analyst and specialist positions until taking over the management role in November 2015. He holds a Business Administration degree from Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR), where he also holds a post-graduation degree in Corporate Finance. In addition, he holds an MBA in Advanced Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Curitiba and an MBA in Corporate Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, in Nova Lima (MG) and post-MBA from Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
